Bartop Options
Bezel: The bezel is a 6mm plain MDF panel that will fill the void from the edge of the monitor display to the inside of the cabinet. If sizes are left at check out, then we will custom-machine this. Otherwise, we will send the standard size for the cabinet.
Plexi Kit: The plexi kit is a three piece plastic kit with a screen, marquee and control panel. The kit is made from 3mm Polycarbonate
Material Options
We make our arcade flat pack kits out of 2 MDF boards.
Plain MDF: This is a plain 18mm MDF board. The board must be primed before any paint or vinyl artwork is applied.
Textured Black Moisture Resistant Melamine: This is a higher quality green core moisture-resistant board with a black melamine coat over the MDF. This kit will not need painting and is ready for vinyl artwork straight out of the box.
Assembly
Standard Kits: These will not come with any fixings and will require furniture blocks, strip wood, wood glue or all of the above, build the kit how you want.
Ultimate Kits: These kits can be built extremely fast as they have cam and dowel fixings. All fixings will be included in this kit.
Lead Time
All our flatpack kits are made to order and will carry a 2 - 4 week lead time.
Delivery
We mainly use UPS for delivery on our arcade flat pack kits. We may use another courier depending on the area you live in. Delivery is usually the next day once the kit has been collected.
